Returns
Are you not satisfied with the ordered items?
If the items meet our general conditions, you can return them to us. Of course, we will refund the purchase amount after the return. We would like to know why the package is being returned so that we can improve our quality. For this reason, a return form must always be filled in. Please contact us for this.
Return conditions:
Returns can be made within 14 days; Products must be in original condition and with original labels and tags; The packaging must not be damaged and must be in original condition; The items to be returned must not show any signs of use and/or damage. Always make sure that the package is provided with a Track & Trace code. Without proof of shipment with a Track & Trace code, lost returns will not be refunded. You, as the customer, are responsible for the costs of the return shipment.
Once we have received your returned item, we will contact you via a confirmation email. Within a maximum of 10 working days after processing your return, you will receive the purchase amount back in your bank account. If you have not received a response within a week of sending the returned item, please contact us!
